Kawasaki W650

Kawasaki W650 was designed to excite the large portion of Japanese who were currently on the retro craze. The best thing about the bike is the availability of the long chrome tube that is meant to house the bevel drive parallel twin engine. This tube is normally not available in other bikes that you see around. The bike is far superior to any other design in the market and the performance is adequate. It is ideal for beginners, despite the seat height which is more than 30 inches; others wish it could have a lower seat and a simpler design. Even with such suggestions, the bike is still loved and nothing can replace it regardless.

Apart from the Japanese niche market, the Kawasaki W60 was later taken to the shores of Europe where it was sold. Back then everyone was after the original design which was very hard to get, in the 60's. In fact, the demands forced the model to find its way into the European market. Its popularity rose because there was no handling vices which was ever detected unlike many of the Japanese twins that were available for the mass population.

Kawasaki W650 has a modern flair that is complemented by the retro stylistic design; it also has the ideal gadgets at the various convenient places. This Kawasaki was a reminder of W1 from back in the year 1966. It lasted up to 1968; it had a four-speed 650cc engine that produced an average of 50hp which was good, considering other detailed factors. Despite its short duration back then, the model was owned by many riders in those days. It was one of the best commuter bikes, more adequate for Sunday rides or during the occasional trips. In general, it offered a good performance and served multiple purposes just like most standard motorcycles that are still readily available.
